AURA invites you to a unique immersive experience on May 20th in Estepona, in collaboration with Hotel METT.

Set within the lush gardens of Hotel METT, this experience has been carefully designed to support reconnection with the self through guided visualization, cacao ceremony, intuitive art and nourishing brunch.

Rather than focusing on artistic perfection or aesthetic outcome, this gathering invites you into a process of emotional release, inner connection and creative freedom. Through intuitive expression, music and mindful guidance, we create space to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body and access deeper layers of the subconscious.

Led by AURA founders Elena and Lucia, the experience combines grounding practices, intuitive painting and ceremonial cacao in a warm and inspiring atmosphere surrounded by nature.

No artistic experience is needed — only openness to feel, explore and create freely.

We’ll begin with grounding and gentle nervous system regulation before moving into an intuitive painting session designed to unlock authentic emotional expression — with no rules, expectations or pressure.

Ceremonial cacao will support integration throughout the experience, inviting the body and mind into softness, presence and alignment.

This is not about performance or perfection.

It’s about honesty, release and connection.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a splash of paint on.
